About Customer Success Manager jobs in Charlotte, NC
4 tech companies are hiring customer success managers in the Charlotte area right now, mostly in it, cloud & dev tools, legal & compliance. Of the jobs here, 2 are hybrid, 0 are fully in office and 0 are remote. 3 of 5 list pay. Customer success managers own a book of customers after the sale: onboarding, adoption, renewals and finding room for the account to grow. It's a common move for people from account management, support, teaching or consulting, and a path into account management and AE roles. Every job here is at a tech company and owns customer accounts, not a support queue.
