Opens the job on Vatica Health's own careers site. Some companies ask you to create an account or click through another page first.
What you'd actually do: Manage a portfolio of health plan and provider clients, run check-ins and business reviews, track adoption and account health, and flag expansion opportunities.
Most people just hit Apply. Do these first and you show up with someone on the inside.
A friendly message to a current rep is the best way to stand out. Ask about their experience, not for a referral.
The Customer Success Manager I manages day-to-day relationships with an assigned portfolio of healthcare clients, including health plans and larger provider organizations. As a consultative partner, this person learns each client’s goals and helps connect them to Cozeva and Vatica Health solutions for population health, quality and risk adjustment. The role combines healthcare knowledge, product fluency, data analysis and hands-on follow-through to support adoption and client outcomes. The CSM I works with senior colleagues on complex strategic or commercial matters.
