Senior Sales Manager
Turnkey is pioneering a next-generation key-management and wallet-infrastructure API designed for security, flexibility, and developer-first ease. Founded by the team that scaled Coinbase Custody from zero to more than $100 billion in assets under custody, Turnkey is rewriting the rules of crypto infrastructure by tackling core security at its foundational level. Their platform enables developers and enterprises to build embedded wallets, AI agent–driven flows, programmable key management, and at-scale transaction services — unlocking mass-market crypto adoption.
Developers stay fully in charge of their keys while gaining the kind of protection trusted by leading financial institutions. At Turnkey, you’ll be building the backbone of the next wave of digital innovation. With a focus on security, transparency, and control, the company isn’t just creating tools — it’s shaping the infrastructure that will let crypto evolve openly, collaboratively, and at scale.
Highlights:
HQ: New York City
Total Funding: Turnkey has raised over US$50 million in venture capital to date.

About the Role:
As one of Turnkey’s earliest sales leaders, you’ll own team development, coaching, and performance for a pod of up to 10 sellers. You will help shape the foundation of the sales organization, strengthen the outbound and pipeline motion, and partner cross-functionally with leadership to refine the go-to-market strategy.
Lead and mentor a team of AEs and BDRs
Drive consistent attainment across mid-market and enterprise segments.
Build repeatable, scalable sales processes as Turnkey enters its next growth stage.
Work closely with leadership to refine segmentation as pipeline matures.
Ensure pipeline quality, strong forecasting discipline, and predictable execution.
Partner with marketing and product to strengthen market traction.
Create clear promotion paths and manage career growth across pods.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
About You:
This role is ideal for a high-EQ people leader who has already proven themselves as a strong Sales Manager and is ready to step into a Senior Sales Manager scope.
3+ years of sales leadership experience managing AEs (mid-market and/or enterprise) and ideally BDRs.
