- What was your path from SDR to where you are now?
- How did you land the job? What stood out in your interviews?
- The role is mostly outbound. How much is calling vs. email vs. LinkedIn?
- How is the team doing on quota? What separates the people who hit it?

About Revin
At Revin, our mission is to bring superintelligence to the built world. Millions of operators across Home Services, Construction, and Remodeling have been overlooked by the last wave of technology. We believe AI is the most transformational platform shift in history — but the real work is building context-aware applications that actually solve problems in the field. Revin gives operators an end-to-end system of intelligence to automate and scale revenue: Scheduling, Appointment Management, Membership Management, Inside Sales, Revenue Capture, Marketing, and Funnel Optimization. Over
$2.3B in revenue
runs on Revin, making us the #1 AI partner for enterprise home services operators. Customers include Sears Home Services, Astara Capital, Del Air, Long Home Remodeling, ImproveIt, Sage Home, and more. We've raised $10M from top investors and strategic angels.
The Role
This is a full-cycle AE role with ownership from first touch through close — working directly with owners running multi-million dollar businesses. You'll manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals, run discovery with executive decision makers, and collaborate with SDRs to drive high-quality pipeline. It's a high-ownership role for salespeople who thrive in early-stage environments. Top performers will take on larger accounts quickly and have a clear path to Senior/Lead AE as we scale.
What You'll Do
Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close
Partner with SDRs to drive pipeline and refine messaging
Close six-figure contracts with home services operators
Run discovery with owners, operators, and executive decision makers
Navigate multi-stakeholder deal cycles and complex buying dynamics
Maintain accurate CRM data and forecasting
Contribute to sales playbooks and best practices as the team grows
Who You Are
1–5 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with closed deals — non-negotiable
Background at a top SaaS company and/or early-stage startup experience is a plus
You enjoy talking to people and can adjust your approach in real time
You care about doing the work well — not just hitting numbers for their own sake
You want to be early at a company that is clearly working
This Probably Isn't For You If...
You're looking for a strict nine-to-five
Outbound or new logo sales makes you uncomfortable
You prefer heavy structure and step-by-step instructions
You shy away from accountability when results fall short
You have a pattern of short tenures without demonstrated impact
