SDR and BDR jobs are entry-level seats, and the requirements are usually a wish list. Customer-facing work (retail, serving, teaching, recruiting, sports) counts. Your best move is to message one of the insiders below before you apply.
What you'd actually do: Cold call, email and message owners of home services and construction businesses to book qualified meetings for AEs for an AI software platform.
Most people just hit Apply. Do these first and you show up with someone on the inside.
A friendly message to a current rep is the best way to stand out. Ask about their experience, not for a referral.

At Revin, our mission is to bring superintelligence to the built world. Millions of operators across Home Services, Construction, and Remodeling have been overlooked by the last wave of technology. We believe AI is the most transformational platform-change in history, but the hard work lies in thoughtful, context-aware applications of this technology to the real world.
Revin provides operators with an end-to-end system of intelligence to automate and scale revenue. Our modular suite of products includes Scheduling, Appointment Management, Membership Management, Inside Sales, Revenue Capture, Marketing, and Funnel Optimization.
Over $2.3B in revenue runs on Revin, making us the #1 AI partner for enterprise operators. Customers include Sears Home Services, Astara Capital, Del Air, Long Home Remodeling, ImproveIt Remodeling, Sage Home, and more. We’ve raised $10M from top investors and highly strategic angels.
This isn’t a typical SDR role. You’ll be early, own real pipeline, and have a direct path to closing roles as we grow. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for salespeople who thrive in early-stage environments and want to drive pipeline for a growing enterprise SaaS platform.
You’ll own outbound prospecting, generate leads, and collaborate closely with Account Executives to book high-quality meetings. This role is ideal for someone who wants to influence the playbook as the sales organization scales. Top performers in this role will have a clear path to Account Executive.
