The Opportunity

The

Sales Development Representative – Inbound

is responsible for identifying and qualifying sales leads by engaging with new inbound leads through phone and email. They will partner with the Account Executive team to connect them with qualified leads. This individual must be highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Quickly identify, qualify, and follow up on inbound leads, including trial sign-ups, demo requests, chat, and content leads, via phone, email, LinkedIn, and video.
• Become a Seamless.AI power user and technical expert.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product and its value proposition to inbound leads.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience for prospects.
• Document all interactions and findings with leads in our CRM and create a seamless handoff process to Account Executives.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to iterate on strategy, optimize deal flow, and improve lead quality.
• Provide additional sales team support on an ad hoc/as-needed basis.

Education & Requirements

• 0.5+ year of SDR/BDR experience and a history of overachieving quotas.
• Salesforce and/or Outreach experience.
• Experience in a business development or sales-related role preferred.
• CRM experience, especially Salesforce, preferred.
