About Prospyr
Prospyr is a well funded, seed-stage startup on a mission to fuel growth in the aesthetic healthcare space. There are over 25,000 aesthetic clinics in the US helping patients improve their mental and physical well-being by achieving their personal appearance goals, and patient demand and the number of clinics is growing rapidly: 1,400 new Med Spas opened in the US last year alone (a 20% increase!). In a period of increasing competition and economic uncertainty, it's never been more important for Med Spas, Plastic Surgeons, and Dermatologists to have the right toolkit to seamlessly deliver fantastic patient experiences and build strong, lasting patient relationships.
We help aesthetic clinics unlock the full potential of their businesses by delivering a unified platform for high-impact, delightful patient engagement and smooth, efficient clinical operations. Our best-in-class modern software solution for practice management is used by practices across the United States to actively run their businesses, and Prospyr has already helped serve thousands of patients. We are headquartered in Austin, TX.
The Role
Prospyr's sales team is growing. We are hiring Sales Development Representatives to build the top of our funnel.
You are the first conversation a practice has with Prospyr. Most practices we talk to run four or more separate tools to get through a day: one for scheduling and charting, one for payments, one for marketing, one for patient calls and texts. None of them talk to each other. You find those practices, start real conversations with owners and practice managers, and book qualified meetings for our Account Executives.
You will have what you need to do that well: a documented playbook, recordings of real sales calls, and direct coaching from the Director of Sales. You will learn how a sales team gets built at an early-stage company, because you will be part of building it.
What you'll do
Prospect into med spas, wellness practices, and plastic surgery practices primarily by phone, email, and text
Research each practice before you reach out: locations, providers, services, and the software they run today
Run first conversations that uncover how the practice operates and where its tools break down
Book qualified meetings and hand them off with clean notes, so the AE never starts cold
Reopen conversations with practices that went quiet
Bring what you hear from prospects back to sales, marketing, and product so our messaging gets sharper
Hit monthly targets for qualified meetings and closed won revenue
