Full job description
About the Role
Cyberhaven is looking for a hands-on Technical Enablement Manager to build and run technical enablement for our Sales Engineers, Solutions Architects, Professional Services Engineers, Data Protection Analysts and other technical GTM roles. You’ll be an individual contributor who owns the programs, content, and labs that make our technical teams fluent in the Cyberhaven platform and the data security landscape. You’ll take strong programs already in motion and make them scalable and measurable, and you’ll build new ones as we grow.
The role has three priorities:
Accelerate technical readiness through onboarding, certifications, ongoing technical development, and product-release enablement.
Strengthen technical execution across pre-sales and post-sales, including discovery, demos, POCs, and architecture conversations, and reinforce consistent use of Cyberhaven’s value-selling methodology.
Scale enablement impact through reusable technical content, hands-on labs, AI, performance data, clear governance, and measurement.
What You’ll Do
Own technical onboarding for SEs and other technical GTM roles, including role-based ramp plans, hands-on labs, readiness milestones, and certifications.
Manage the technical training calendar, covering product deep dives, architecture, integrations, deployment, competitive landscape, and technical selling skills.
Build and maintain hands-on learning resources, including demo environments, sandboxes, lab exercises, and POC playbooks, so teams can practice realistic customer scenarios.
Create and deliver technical presentations, workshops, playbooks, and on-demand learning, from product internals to executive-level value stories.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing to turn new features, releases, and roadmap updates into clear, timely enablement.
Reinforce adoption of Cyberhaven’s value-selling methodology among technical teams through training, coaching support for SE managers, POC and opportunity reviews, and targeted follow-up. Help SEs run discovery that ties technical capabilities to customer outcomes.
Set and maintain standards for how technical content is organized, owned, and kept accurate, so teams can quickly find and trust what they need.
Build role-specific development paths for SEs, Solutions Architects, and Customer Success Engineers, and convert SME knowledge into scalable training, certifications, and resources.
Support GTM and SE leadership in executing Sales Kickoff, technical summits, and hands-on workshops.
Who You Are
You bring a growth mindset, learn quickly, seek feedback, and have a bias for action.
You have a strong technical background, such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Customer Success Engineering, or Technical Training, and can go deep on a complex product yourself.
You’re comfortable with cybersecurity and data security concepts (DLP, DSPM, insider risk, data lineage, cloud and SaaS security, endpoint security, identity, and AI security), or you learn adjacent areas quickly.
You understand the enterprise technical sales cycle, including discovery, demos, POCs/POVs, architecture and security reviews, and technical win/loss, and what SE leaders need around coaching and performance measurement.
You have built enablement programs, content, or labs in a growth-stage B2B technology company, working with a fast-changing product and a growing GTM team.
You have helped teams adopt a value-selling methodology in a complex enterprise sales organization.
You can assess an individual SE’s technical and selling skills, spot gaps, and build development plans that help them reach the next level.
You have the credibility to earn respect from highly technical audiences as a content creator, facilitator, and presenter who can translate complex architecture and market dynamics into clear value stories for practitioners, CISOs, and executives.
You are AI-forward and have practical experience using AI to improve enablement, such as content creation, call analysis, and coaching.
Experience building customer-facing training or technical certification programs for product users is a plus.
