About Customer Success Manager jobs in North Carolina
12 tech companies are hiring customer success managers in North Carolina right now, mostly in it, cloud & dev tools, cybersecurity, legal & compliance. Of the jobs here, 4 are hybrid, 1 are fully in office and 5 are remote. 10 of 14 list pay. Customer success managers own a book of customers after the sale: onboarding, adoption, renewals and finding room for the account to grow. It's a common move for people from account management, support, teaching or consulting, and a path into account management and AE roles. Every job here is at a tech company and owns customer accounts, not a support queue.
