At Baselayer, we're working to make financial services more accessible to small businesses. Americans are starting more businesses than ever, and the current data infrastructure is preventing them from getting access to basic financial services. Huge white space, low NPS competitors, legacy architecture --> huge opportunity to disrupt and make billions of dollars. // You will thrive at Baselayer if this reminds you of you: - Are you wildly cracked beyond comprehension? - Do you find yourself running laps around your colleagues and waiting for them to catch up? - Do you want a team of exceptionally cracked individuals to play the infinite game with (without getting bored or tired)? - Do you think that Fintech is interesting enough, but really you want to be surrounded by amazing people and make a lot of money? - Do you want to be a founder one day? Do your own thing, be the one in charge? // Then PLEASE come work at Baselayer. We are hiring for more roles than the ones below. Find our emails and reach out. What are you waiting for? An invitation? // Mandatory --> Baselayer is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
