Opens the job on Motive's own careers site. Some companies ask you to create an account or click through another page first.
What you'd actually do: Cold call and email fleet-industry prospects, qualify leads, and book meetings for Account Executives selling Motive's fleet management platform.
Most people just hit Apply. Do these first and you show up with someone on the inside.
A friendly message to a current rep is the best way to stand out. Ask about their experience, not for a referral.
