Industry Focus
You will become a trusted advisor across the Consumer Services Industry, developing expertise in the following sub industries:
Nonprofits and Organizations: Donor engagement, grant and fund management, financial stewardship, board transparency, volunteer management, mission impact, automation with limited resources.
Consumer Services: Customer experience, digital engagement, workforce productivity, scheduling, service delivery, operational scalability, personalization, loyalty, business insights powered by AI.
What You'll Do
Partner with CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, Executive Directors, and Operations leaders to understand strategic priorities and define AI enabled transformation strategies.
Lead consultative discovery sessions that focus on business outcomes before technology.
Deliver engaging demonstrations that connect finance, operations, customer engagement, analytics, and AI into a compelling business story.
Develop deep expertise across Financial Services, Nonprofits, and Consumer Services to become a trusted industry advisor.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Create industry thought leadership, reusable demonstration assets, executive presentations, and best practices.
Mentor Solution Consultants and represent Oracle NetSuite at executive briefings, customer events, and industry conferences.
Who Thrives in This Role?
You may have built your career in Financial Services, nonprofit leadership, consumer operations, ERP consulting, digital transformation, finance transformation, enterprise software, or business consulting. You are naturally curious, enjoy executive conversations, understand the challenges facing customer focused organizations, and believe AI will fundamentally reshape how organizations engage, serve, and grow.
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, ERP Consulting, Business Consulting, Professional Services, Operations, or related experience.
Experience supporting Financial Services, Nonprofits, Consumer Services, or adjacent industries.
Strong understanding of ERP, Financial Management, CRM, Planning, Analytics, Revenue Management, or Enterprise Applications.
Executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
Passion for AI and emerging technologies and the ability to connect them to business value.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $44.38 to $80.29 per hour; from: $92,300 to $167,000 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35 - 80/20.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
