As a member of the FieldPulse SDR Team, you'll be a crucial component of the sales process, making a direct contribution to our success. You'll manage the outbound sales process, reaching out to learn more about potential customers’ businesses and qualifying new opportunities. We're looking for someone who can engage with prospects and customers, understand their business, and stay organized.

What You'll Do:

• Work directly with Account Executives and report to the Manager of Business Development
• Make 150-200 calls per day
• Book qualified meetings for the AEs every week
• Ensure timely and effective communication to drive successful conversions and contribute to overall sales growth
• Work with Salesforce, SalesLoft, and other various SAAS sales tools
• Utilize SalesForce/Salesloft, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities. Identify prospects' needs and suggest appropriate products/services
• Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

What We’re Looking For:

• Preferred 2–3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably as a SaaS Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or another outbound sales position.
• Proven success generating pipeline through cold calling, email, and outbound prospecting.
• Strong objection-handling skills with the ability to uncover customer needs and articulate value.
• Experience using CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce and Salesloft.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, professional phone presence.
• Highly motivated, coachable, and competitive with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• A strong work ethic and a genuine desire to be a top performer in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
