→ Understand, I'll let you go. Can I call back at a better time, maybe early morning or lunch? When is the best slot?
“We're not interested.”
→ Fair enough. Can I ask, how many calls does your office miss in a typical week? If it's close to zero, I'll be on my way.
“We already have a phone system.”
→ Most offices do. Does your phone system also show patient info, send texts, and handle reminders and payments in one place? If not, would a short demo be worth it?
“Send me an email.”
→ Sure thing. What's the best address, and what matters most to you: fewer missed calls, fewer no-shows, or faster payments? I'll aim it right and follow up Thursday if that works.
