→ Fair enough. Most teams I call aren't looking until their data gets messy. Can I ask how you keep donor info organized today, just so I know if it's worth a follow-up?
“We already use a donor database.”
→ Good, that means you already take donor data seriously. What do you like and not like about it? Some teams just want better reports or easier outreach.
“Just send me an email.”
→ Happy to. So I send you something useful, what's the biggest challenge in your fundraising right now?
