“Hi [Name], this is [Your Name] from Unframe. I know I'm calling out of the blue. I work with enterprise teams stuck getting AI projects out of pilot and into real use. Do you have 30 seconds to tell me if that sounds like your world?”

Discovery questions to ask
- How many AI projects are running today, and how many are actually in production?
- Who builds them: an internal team, consultants, or vendors?
- What has slowed you down most: security, data access, cost or skills?
Objections they'll throw at you
“I'm really busy right now.”
→ Totally fair, I'll be quick. Is getting AI out of pilot something on your plate this year, and if so, can I grab 15 minutes later this week?
“We're not interested.”
→ Understood. Can I ask if that's because AI is already running well for you, or because it's not a priority right now?
“We already use something for AI (a cloud provider, consultants, or our own team).”
→ That's great, and many of our customers started there too. Where is it working well, and where does it still take too long to ship something new?
“Just send me an email.”
→ Happy to. So I send you something useful, what's the one AI goal you most want to move forward this year?
Interview tips for this company
- Learn the difference between a demo and a production system, and explain it simply: it works for real users, safely, every day.
- Don't trash other AI tools. Stay curious, and ask about their stuck projects instead.
