→ Fair enough. Out of curiosity, is automation just not a priority, or is it already covered?
“We already use something for automation.”
→ Good to know, so you're already seeing results. Where does it still leave manual work or gaps?
“Send me an email.”
→ Sure thing. Which area, finance, IT or operations, should I focus the email on?
