“We already use a TMS / spreadsheets.”
→ That's helpful to know. What's the most annoying part of it today? Would a short look at a bulk-specific option be worth 15 minutes?
“Just send me an email.”
→ Happy to. Do you check email in the office, or is text easier when you're on the road? And what's your biggest time sink, so I keep it relevant?
