- What kind of computers or displays do you use today in your facility or on the floor?
- How often do they fail, or need replacing?
- Who decides on equipment purchases, and when is your next upgrade or project?
Objections they'll throw at you
“I'm busy right now.”
→ No worries, I'll be quick. I'm calling about computers that hold up in tough environments. Would a quick call later this week work better?
“We're not interested.”
→ That's fair. Just so I understand, are your current computers holding up well, or is it not the right time for equipment changes?
“We already have a supplier.”
→ Good, and I'm not asking you to drop them. Plenty of teams use us for specific spots where standard PCs don't last. Are there any areas where your current equipment struggles?
“Just send me an email.”
→ Of course. So I send the right product info, are you looking at medical-grade or industrial use? And what would you like to see in it?
