→ Fair enough, I'm calling cold. Can I ask what you use today to run scheduling and invoicing, so I know whether I should even follow up?
“We already use something (like QuickBooks or another field service tool).”
→ Great, lots of our customers did too. Most of them wanted more in one place, like dispatch, call booking and reporting. What do you wish your current setup did better?
“Just send me an email.”
→ Happy to. So it's not a generic pitch, what's the one thing in running the business that you'd most like to fix? Then I'll send something that fits.
