→ I get it, your day is all about residents. I'll keep it short. Could we set 15 minutes later this week to talk about fall response?
“Not interested.”
→ Understood. Can I ask just one thing: how confident are you that staff would know right away if a resident fell and couldn't call for help?
“We already have pendants and call buttons.”
→ Many communities do. A pendant only works if a resident is wearing it and can press it. What happens when they can't?
“Just send me an email.”
→ Happy to. So it's useful, what matters most to you: faster response, fewer injuries, or easing staff workload?
