→ Totally get it, I'll be quick. Would it be better if I called back at 6pm or first thing tomorrow morning?
“Not interested.”
→ Fair enough, I'm not trying to push anything. Out of curiosity, how do you send quotes today, in case it's worth a look down the road?
“We already use something for that.”
→ Good, then you're already organized. What do you use, and is there anything about it that slows you down or that you wish it did better?
“Just send me an email.”
→ Happy to. So I send you something useful and not junk, what's the one part of quoting or follow-up that costs you the most time?
