Objections they'll throw at you
“I'm busy.”
→ I get it, security folks always are. Can I book 15 minutes next week so I'm not interrupting you now?
“We're not interested.”
→ No problem. Is that because your SOC is well covered, or just not a priority right now?
“We already have an MDR or SIEM.”
→ Great, that's common. How well does it connect your tools and cut down manual investigation work?
“Email me something.”
→ Of course. Which matters more to you, faster response times or reducing analyst workload, so I send the right thing?

- Learn simple terms: SOC, SIEM, MDR, alert, and detection and response. Be able to explain each in one sentence.
