→ Understood, I'll keep this short. Is retention something you're working on this year, and if so, when's a better time to chat?
“We're not interested.”
→ Fair enough. Can I ask if employee financial stress just isn't something you hear about, or if you've got it handled?
“We already use something for this.”
→ Good to hear. Are your people actually using it? And does it offer more than early pay, like budgeting or savings help?
“Just send me an email.”
→ Sure. So I send something relevant, are you more focused on retention, hiring or employee wellbeing? Then can we set 15 minutes next week?

Interview tips for this company
- Be able to explain earned wage access simply: workers get paid for hours already worked, before the normal payday.
- Employers are the buyers, not employees. Focus on retention and benefits, and be ready for questions about fees and who pays, but don't make up details.
