“I'm busy.”
→ Got it, I'll be brief. Is getting more from your existing customers a priority this year? If yes, can I book 15 minutes next week?
“Not interested.”
→ No problem. Can I ask how your reps know when a customer is slipping? If you have that covered, I'll step aside.
“We already have an ERP and CRM.”
→ Most distributors do. This works alongside them to help reps act on the data. What do your reps do with that data today? Could I show you in 15 minutes?
“Email me something.”
→ Sure. Would you prefer a short note for you, or something to share with your sales team? Can we pick a time to talk after you've read it?
