- What's the most annoying part of running a night, like the door, payouts, or guest lists?
Objections they'll throw at you
“I'm busy, we're setting up for an event.”
→ Got it, I'll let you go. When is a calmer time this week for a 5-minute call?
“Not interested.”
→ No problem. Is that because ticketing already works well for you, or because you haven't looked at other options lately?
“We already use Eventbrite.”
→ Lots of organizers do. What do you like most about it, and is there anything about the fees or the payouts that bugs you?
“Send me an email.”
→ Sure. What's the one thing you'd want to see in it: lower fees, more reach, or an easier door experience?
