Objections they'll throw at you
“I'm busy right now.”
→ No problem, I'll be quick. Is measuring whether employees read your messages a priority this year? If so, can we talk for 15 minutes next week?
“We're not interested.”
→ Understood. Can I ask how you currently know your messages are landing with employees? If it's solved, I'll leave you be.
“We already use a tool for internal comms.”
→ That's fine. What does it do well, and where does it leave gaps in tracking or reach? Would you be open to a short look at how others fill those gaps?
“Just email me.”
→ Sure. Would you rather see something on internal comms or on workplace and visitors? And can we plan a quick call after you've had a look?
