A global online marketplace where aviation parts dealers list, sell, and buy aircraft parts through paid subscriptions.

Owners and sales or inventory managers at small and mid-size aircraft parts dealers, suppliers, and repair shops.

“Hi, this is [Name] from PartsBase. I'm calling aviation parts companies to ask how you get your inventory in front of new buyers right now.”

Where do most of your parts sales come from today?
How do you list and update your inventory?
Do you sell outside your regular customers, or is that an area you want to grow?

“I'm busy right now.”

→ I get it, parts desks are hectic. Can I call back at a calmer time, maybe tomorrow morning?

“Not interested.”

→ No worries. Is your pipeline of buyers already as full as you'd like, or would more leads help?

“We already use another marketplace or our own site.”

→ Many dealers list in more than one place. Which one brings in the most business, and do you feel you're missing buyers elsewhere?

“Just send me an email.”

→ Happy to. What types of parts do you mostly sell, so I send something relevant? And can we set a quick follow-up for next week?

Aviation has its own vocabulary (part numbers, certifications, AOG). Learn a few terms and ask the interviewer about the buyer's world instead of faking it.
Know the marketplace model: buyers on one side, paid sellers on the other. Be ready to say why a dealer would pay to be listed.
