“We already have process mining or RPA.”
→ Good, then you know the value. Do those tools show you how people actually do the work, or just the system logs?
“Just send me an email.”
→ Sure. Which process is the biggest headache for your team, so I can point the email at it?

Interview tips for this company
- Know process mapping and automation in plain words, for example 'finding the steps and then having software do them'.
- Enterprise buyers are senior and hard to reach. Practice a short, respectful opener and a clear reason for calling.
