→ No worries. Do you feel you don't miss many calls, or is an AI answering your phone not something you'd want?
“We already have someone answering the phone, or another system.”
→ That's good. When they're slammed, do some calls still go unanswered?
“Just send me an email.”
→ Sure. Is this the best email for you, and what matters most: fewer missed calls or less work for your staff?

Interview tips for this company
- The posting you saw is for a closing role with warm inbound leads, so ask the interviewer how the role splits between SDR-style qualifying and closing. Don't assume.
- Speak like a restaurant owner's friend: short, friendly, no jargon. Owners will hang up fast if you sound like a script during a rush.
