→ Totally get it, maintenance never stops. Can I take 30 seconds to say why I called, and if it's not relevant, you can hang up on me?
“Not interested.”
→ Fair enough, I haven't said much yet. Out of curiosity, is unplanned downtime something your team deals with, or is that under control?
“We already use something for that.”
→ Good, that means you take maintenance seriously. How well do your technicians actually use it day to day, and is anything still on paper or in spreadsheets?
“Just send me an email.”
→ Happy to. So I send you something useful, what's the biggest maintenance headache right now: downtime, paperwork, or something else?

- Think of the buyer as a hands-on maintenance lead who is busy and practical: keep it short, skip buzzwords, and talk about technicians using it on a phone.
