→ I understand, patients come first. I only need 30 seconds. Is there a better time today or tomorrow when the office is quieter?
“We're not interested.”
→ No problem. Out of curiosity, is admin work something your staff is happy with, or just not a priority right now?
“We already have software for that.”
→ Good to hear you have something in place. Does it do the work itself, or does your staff still have to do the tasks? That's where we try to help.
“Just email me.”
→ Sure thing. So I send something relevant, what's the one admin task you'd most like off your team's plate? And can we plan a short call next week to go over it?
Interview tips for this company
- Doctors' offices are wary of anything touching patient data, so be ready to say you'll connect them with the team for privacy and security questions. Don't make up answers.
- Talk about the staff's day, not about AI. Buyers care about fewer phone calls and less paperwork.
- Use plain language. Say 'AI agents do routine tasks' instead of technical terms.
