→ Understood. Can I ask whether faster collections is a priority this year, or is something else more urgent for your team?

→ Makes sense, many teams do. How much of the collections and cash matching work is still manual, even with that tool?
“Send me an email.”
→ Sure thing. What would be most useful to see in it: how teams cut DSO, or how they save collector time?
