→ No worries. Quick question before I go: how do your non-technical teammates get their own data answers today?
“We already use something for this.”
→ That makes sense, most teams do. What tools are you on, and where do they slow people down?
“Send me an email.”
→ Happy to. What's the main thing you'd want it to cover: working with the team, or getting answers faster?
