Fyxer role-play cheat sheet
For the mock cold call at the end of most SDR interviews.
What they sell, in one line
An AI executive assistant that handles your email and meetings so busy people save time.
Who you'd be calling
Founders, executives, sales and team leads at small and mid-size businesses who live in email and meetings.
Your opener
“Hi Jordan, this is Alex from Fyxer. We help busy people get hours back each week by having an AI assistant sort their email and handle meeting notes. Do you have a minute so I can ask how you manage your inbox today?”
Problems you solve for them
- Too much time spent sorting and answering email
- Meeting notes and follow-ups get missed
- Busy leaders can't afford a human assistant
Discovery questions to ask
- How many hours a week do you think you spend on email?
- What happens to follow-ups and notes after your meetings?
- Have you tried any tools or an assistant to help with this?
Objections they'll throw at you
“I'm busy right now.”
→ That's exactly who we help. Can I take 10 minutes tomorrow, or would you rather I send a short note first?
“Not interested.”
→ No problem. Is your inbox already under control, or have you just not found a tool you trust with it?
“I already use another tool or Copilot/Gemini.”
→ Good, you already see the value. What do you wish it did better, and would you be open to a quick side-by-side?
“Send me an email.”
→ Sure. What's your biggest time drain, email or meetings, so I tailor it, and can I follow up in a few days?
