“We're not interested.”
→ Fair enough. Can I ask if late payments or resident satisfaction are a concern, so I know whether this is worth another conversation?
“We already have a payment system.”
→ That's common. We're usually an add-on to what you have. Would it help to hear how we work alongside your current payment setup?
“Send me an email.”
→ Of course. Is it more helpful if it focuses on resident benefits or on what it takes for your team to set up?
Interview tips for this company
- Be ready to explain in simple words why flexible rent matters to renters, and that you're selling to the property company, not the renter.
