Fleetworthy role-play cheat sheet
For the mock cold call at the end of most SDR interviews.
What they sell, in one line
Tools that help trucking fleets stay compliant, manage tolls and skip weigh stations.
Who you'd be calling
Fleet owners, safety and compliance managers, and operations directors at small to mid-sized trucking companies.
Your opener
“Hi [Name], this is [You] from Fleetworthy. I work with trucking fleets on keeping compliance, tolls and weigh stations from slowing trucks down. Got a quick minute to tell me how you handle that today?”
Problems you solve for them
- Compliance paperwork and fines eat up time and money
- Toll bills are confusing and hard to track per truck
- Stopping at weigh stations wastes time and fuel
- Drivers and managers use too many separate systems
Discovery questions to ask
- How do you currently keep track of compliance and paperwork across your trucks?
- How do you handle tolls, and do you ever get surprise charges?
- How much time do your drivers lose at weigh stations?
Objections they'll throw at you
“I'm busy right now.”
→ I know fleet days are packed. Could I call back at a better time, maybe early morning or end of day?
“We're not interested.”
→ No worries. Is that because compliance and tolls are running smoothly, or just not a priority right now?
“We already have a system for that.”
→ Good to hear. Does it cover compliance, tolls and weigh stations together, or are those separate tools?
“Just send me an email.”
→ Happy to. Which matters most to you, cutting fines, saving on tolls, or saving driver time, so I send the right thing?
