- How do your customers pay each other or pay you through your software today?
- Do you earn any revenue from those payments, or does a third party keep it?
- Has your team ever looked at owning more of the payments experience?
Objections they'll throw at you
“I'm busy right now.”
→ Understood, I'll keep it short. Can I grab five minutes later this week, and what day suits you?
“We're not interested.”
→ Fair enough. Is that because payments are already working well for you, or because it just isn't a priority right now?
“We already use Stripe or another provider.”
→ Lots of good platforms start there. How much control do you have today over pricing, onboarding, and the payments revenue?
“Just send me an email.”
→ Sure thing. So it's relevant, are you more curious about earning revenue on payments or about speeding up how you launch them?
