Objections they'll throw at you
“I'm busy.”
→ I understand, I'll be brief. One question: how do your care teams find local resources today? Can we set 15 minutes later this week?
“We're not interested.”
→ Fair enough. Is that because you've got a strong referral process already, or social needs aren't a focus right now?
“We already use a different platform or a resource list.”
→ That's helpful to know. How well does it tell you if a referral actually led to help? Would it be worth a short comparison?
“Send me an email.”
→ Happy to. Who on your team handles social care or community resources, so I send it to the right person? Can I follow up on Thursday?
