“Not interested.”
→ No problem. Is that because your process works well, or because AI in underwriting is a concern? Either answer helps me.
“We already built something in-house / use another tool.”
→ That's good, it means you value speed. Does it handle messy files like scanned PDFs and varied formats well, or does your team still fix a lot by hand?
“Just send me an email.”
→ Sure. What slows your team most: the document review, the financial analysis, or the memo writing? I'll tailor the email to that.

- Learn the vocabulary: underwriting, due diligence, data room, and private credit. Keep it simple, since the buyers are experts.
- Accuracy and trust matter most to finance buyers. Say you know AI output needs to be checked and traceable to the source.
