→ Of course. I'll be brief. Can I follow up at a better time, or is there someone on your team who handles e-discovery tools?
“We're not interested.”
→ Fair enough. Out of curiosity, is document review something you handle in-house or with another vendor? I just want to be sure I'm not wasting your time.
“We already have an e-discovery tool.”
→ That makes sense. Does it fit all your cases, big and small, and does your team like using it? If there are gaps, would it be worth a short comparison?
“Send me an email.”
→ Sure. So I don't send junk, what type of cases do you work on most, and what is the biggest pain in review? Then can we plan a quick follow-up?
