→ Understood. Out of curiosity, are your vendor applications and volunteers running smoothly already, or is it more a timing thing?
“We already use spreadsheets and forms.”
→ A lot of organizers start there and it works until the event grows. How many hours does your team spend chasing vendors for forms and payments?
“Send me an email.”
→ Sure thing. What size is your event and how many vendors do you have, so I can send something relevant? Can I check in next week?
Interview tips for this company
- Think about who runs a festival: often a small team or a volunteer-led nonprofit. Show you understand that they are stretched thin.
- Be ready to explain how you would sell to both organizers (the buyer) and vendors (the users), and why that is different.
