“We're not interested.”
→ No problem, most people say that before they know what we do. Is it that payments are already smooth, or just a bad time to talk?
“We already use a payment processor.”
→ Good, that means you take cards already. Does it connect to your ERP or CRM, or does someone still key payments in by hand?
“Just send me an email.”
→ Happy to. So I send something useful, which system do you use for accounting or CRM? And can we agree on a quick call after you've looked?
