→ No problem. Most people say that before they know what we do. Is counterfeiting or tracking products after sale something that's ever come up on your team?
“We already use something for this.”
→ Good to hear you've got something in place. How well does it work once the product is out in the market or on a resale site? I'm curious where the gaps are.
“Just send me an email.”
→ Happy to. So I send you something useful, what's the bigger priority for you right now: stopping fakes or getting better customer data from packaging?

Interview tips for this company
- Learn the basics: a digital watermark is a pattern printed on packaging that people can't see, but a phone or scanner can read.
- Know the two angles, anti-counterfeiting and 'connected packaging' (customer data and recycling), and ask which one matters to the buyer.
- Be honest that you're new to the space and sound curious. Don't fake deep technical knowledge.
