“Not interested.”
→ Understood. Is the handoff between support and product already smooth, or is that a sore spot?
“We already use Zendesk or Jira.”
→ Those are common tools. How well do they connect support tickets to engineering work without copying things by hand?
“Send me an email.”
→ Sure. So I send the right thing, is your bigger priority cutting ticket volume or getting feedback to product faster?
