“We're not interested.”
→ Fair enough. Can I ask if your hardware is already planned out for the next year or two, or is that just not on your radar yet?
“We already buy from another vendor.”
→ Good to hear you have a partner. Many teams still compare options at refresh time, so would it be okay if I sent a quick quote to compare against?
“Just send me an email.”
→ Sure thing. So it's relevant, are you looking more at laptops, servers, or storage right now?
