Coworker role-play cheat sheet
For the mock cold call at the end of most SDR interviews.
What they sell, in one line
An AI platform for big companies that helps employees get work done by tapping into company knowledge and tools.
Who you'd be calling
CIOs, heads of IT, digital transformation or operations leaders, and AI program owners at large enterprises.
Your opener
“Hi [Name], this is [Your Name] with Coworker. I know I'm catching you cold. We help big teams use AI at work with their real company context, and I wanted to see how your teams are using AI today.”
Problems you solve for them
- Company knowledge is scattered across many tools and hard to find
- Employees waste time on repetitive tasks and status chasing
- AI pilots often don't connect to the real data and workflows people use
Discovery questions to ask
- How are your teams using AI at work right now?
- Where do people lose the most time looking for information or updates?
- Who decides which AI tools get rolled out across the company?
Objections they'll throw at you
“I'm busy right now.”
→ Understood, I'll keep it short. Could I ask one question about how your teams use AI, and then you decide if we talk more?
“Not interested.”
→ Fair enough. Is that because AI is already working well for your teams, or because it hasn't paid off yet?
“We already use something for this.”
→ That's helpful to know. What do people actually use it for day to day, and where does it fall short?
“Send me an email.”
→ Sure thing. What would be most useful to see in it, and would a short call next week to go over it work?
