→ No problem, I'd rather not waste your time. Can I ask whether service volume is even a pain for you right now, or is it handled?
“We already use an agency management system.”
→ That makes sense, and most agencies do. We work alongside it by handling the repetitive tasks, so would it be worth a quick look at how that fits with your setup?

→ Happy to. So I send you something useful, what's the biggest time sink for your team right now: service requests or sales follow-up?
