→ Totally get it, I'll be quick. Could I take 30 seconds to ask one question, and if it's not relevant I'll let you go?
“Not interested.”
→ Fair enough. Most directors I talk to say that until they hear how much admin time it can save. Can I ask how you handle billing today, just so I know if it's worth another call?
“We already use something for this.”
→ Good, then you already care about this. What do you like and what frustrates you about it? Would you be open to a 15-minute comparison?
“Just send me an email.”
→ Happy to. So I send something useful and not generic, what's the biggest pain right now: billing, attendance, or parent communication?
