→ I get it, and I'll be quick. I just want to know if design handoffs are a pain point for your team. Can I grab five minutes on your calendar later this week instead?
“Not interested.”
→ Understood. Can I ask if it's because your current design workflow is running smoothly, or because new software is a hassle to think about right now?
“We already use something for that.”
→ That makes sense, a lot of design teams are set in their tools. What works well for you, and is there anything about sharing files with other teams that's still clunky?
“Send me an email.”
→ Sure thing. So it's actually relevant, are you more focused on buildings, products, or something else? And who else on your team should I include?
